Recolat Ultra Green Mattress carry a 10 Years Limited Warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects specified below (excluding covers and handles, if present) purchased from our website www.recolat.com, where Recolat will repair or provide Recolat Credits if repair is not possible, at Recolat's discretion.
Recolat Limited Warranty for Recolat Ultra Green Mattress cover the following under normal use conditions:
• This limited warranty extends only to the original purchaser who bought the mattress.
• The original purchaser with the invoice in his/her name is only eligible for the warranty claim.
• Warranty is valid only for the period of ownership by the original purchaser.
• Kindly retain the original invoice which is send along with the product as a proof of purchase.
• Kindly retain the original Warranty Card which is send along with the product as a proof of purchase.
• The warranty is not transferable.
• This warranty covers mattress shrinkage, deformity or sagging of more than two (2) inches.
Steps for warranty claim handling:
Submit proof of problem to Recolat along with the following:
• Pictures of mattress showing the defective area
• Scanned copy of original invoice
• Scanned copy of Warranty Card
Send us the above documents to info@recolat.com with subject line "Warranty Claim-[Insert Order ID]" to register your warranty claim.
Recolat will asses the warranty claim and will ask the customer to return the mattress/pillow to Factory location of Recolat specified in the reply e-mail send by us.
Recolat will send you a packing material and Waybill document for returning the product. Please pack your mattress or pillow and stick the Waybill on the packing material we have sent you.
Upon receiving the product, Recolat will inspect the product & confirm on claim status.
Recolat will either repair the product or provide Recolat Credits if repair is not possible at its own discretion.
All eligible warranty claims will be addressed within 30 days of receiving the warranty claimed product at our Factory Location.
Other terms:
All the shipping or transportation costs while returning the mattress or pillow from customers location to Recolat factory location under the warranty claim shall be borne by the customer
Recolat reserves the right to reject any claim under this warranty at our own discretion.
All the shipping or transportation costs while transporting the repaired mattress or repaired pillow from Recolat factory location to customers location under the warranty claim shall be borne by the customer on a to pay basis.
The product should only be returned to the address mentioned in the reply e-mail send by Recolat upon assessing the Warranty Claim.
Wear & tear of the products are common with any consumer product due to regular use over a long period of time and it does not imply that the product has any manufacturing defect.
The sole liability of Recolat is to either repair or provide Recolat Credits if repair is not possible for the approved Warranty claim of mattress or pillow at Recolat sole discretion.
For mattress that are under warranty period and which cannot be repaired, Recolat Credits are provided based on Pro-rata warranty, i.e. based upon the total number of days the mattress was used by the customer, a value of the mattress is calculated as below:
Example:
Mattress purchase price is Rs.26,900/-
Warranty = 3650 Days (10 Years)
Customer Used = 2050 Days
Balance Warranty Period = 1600 Days
Calculation = (Rs.26,900 x 1600 Days)/3650 Days = Rs.11,792. Here the customer will be provided Recolat Credit worth Rs.11792. This Recolat Credit can be used by the customer at the Checkout Page to get Rs.11792/- off on the purchase of a new mattress from the website of Recolat. Recolat Credits can only be redeemed for the purchase of product in the same category as that of the warranty claimed product i.e, Recolat Credits provided for the warranty claim of a mattress can only be used to purchase a similar category mattress. No refunds are possible during the Warranty period neither in the form of cash nor in the form of any other direct payments .
Any repair or replacement will not extend the original period of limited warranty, nor will it constitute the beginning of a new limited warranty period.
To the extent permissible by applicable law, the mattress is provided “as is” and this warranty and any implied warranties are your exclusive warranties and replace all other warranties or conditions, express or implied. In no event will Recolat, its owners or its suppliers be liable for procurement of substitute products or other special, incidental, consequential or indirect damages or health issues/ damages due to latex allergy or tencel fabric allergy or cotton fabric allergy or bamboo fabric allergy arising out of or related to the mattress and pillow or its use by you or any third party, whether under theory of contract, tort (including negligence), indemnity, product liability, or otherwise.
This limitation will apply even if Recolat has been advised of such damages and notwithstanding the failure of essential purpose of any limited remedy. Recolat's total liability will not exceed the purchase price paid for the mattress or pillow giving rise to such liability.
Applicable law will be exclusively such prevailing laws in the state of Kerala and the venue of arbitration will be exclusively limited to the District court of Kottayam

• Normal softening / sagging of mattresses as it is normal to see softening of mattress where you rest your hip area and it is does not affect the body supporting property of latex mattress.
• Damage or any defects of mattress due to misuse or improper use
• Physical abuse or damage to the mattress and/or cover material, including but not limited to, fabric and foam staining, burns, cuts, tears, soiling, liquid damage, fluid penetration or stains; provided, that the defect is caused by such abuse or damage.
• Use of mattress on a bed base that was structurally not capable of handling the mattress
• Defects caused due to washing of mattress
• Mattress cover and handles, if any
• Mattress stitches, if any
• Zipper Assembly on the mattress, if any
• Damage or any defects of mattress due to Direct exposure to sunlight
• Mattress users have Latex Allergy, if any
• Mattress users have Tencel Fabric Allergy, if any
• Mattress users have Cotton Fabric Allergy, if any
• Mattress users have Bamboo Fabric Allergy, if any
• Mold, dirt or smell resulting from poor mattress care
• Unauthorized service during the warranty period
• Purchased from unauthorized sources.
• Defects due to unused mattress for a long period of time.
• Recolat Limited Warranty does not cover Mattress Purchases for Commercial use especially for Hotels as the usage is heavy and often abusive.
• Common wear and tear of the products due to regular use over a long period of time
• Exposure to hot or cold temperatures for a long period of time that causes the mattress to tear or permanently deform.
• Mattresses kept in unhygienic or unsanitary conditions may damage the latex mattress and invalidate the warranty. For health and safety reasons of workers, Recolat may refuse to inspect such mattresses and deny the warranty claim.
• If Recolat discontinues its functioning as a brand.
• Recolat's highest liability is capped by the purchase price of the mattress as shown in the original invoice.
• The mattress is out of warranty period.
• Additional free products provided with the order

• Toppers kept in unhygienic or unsanitary conditions may damage the latex topper and invalidate the warranty. For health and safety reasons of workers, Recolat may refuse to inspect such toppers and deny the warranty claim.
• If Recolat discontinues its functioning as a brand.
• Recolat's highest liability is capped by the purchase price of the topper as shown in the original invoice.

Recolat Picore Latex Pillows, Recolat Shredded Pillows and Recolat Body Pillows carry a 1 Year Limited Warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects specified below (excluding covers and handles, if present) purchased from our website www.recolat.com, where Recolat will repair or provide Recolat Credits if repair is not possible, at Recolat's discretion.
Recolat Limited Warranty for Recolat Pillows cover the following under normal use conditions:
• This limited warranty extends only to the original purchaser who bought the pillows .
• The original purchaser with the invoice in his/her name is only eligible for the warranty claim.
• Warranty is valid only for the period of ownership by the original purchaser.
• Kindly retain the original invoice which is send along with the product as a proof of purchase.
• Kindly retain the original Warranty Card which is send along with the product as a proof of purchase.
• The warranty is not transferable.
• This warranty covers pillow shrinkage, deformity or sagging of more than two (2) inches.
Steps for warranty claim handling:
Submit proof of problem to Recolat along with the following:
• Pictures of the pillow showing the defective area
• Scanned copy of original invoice
• Scanned copy of Warranty Card
Send us the above documents to info@recolat.com with subject line "Warranty Claim-[Insert Order ID]" to register your warranty claim.
Recolat will asses the warranty claim and will ask the customer to return the pillow to Factory location of Recolat specified in the reply e-mail send by us.
Recolat will send you a packing material and Waybill document for returning the product. Please pack your pillow or pillow and stick the Waybill on the packing material we have sent you.
Upon receiving the product, Recolat will inspect the product & confirm on claim status.
Recolat will either repair the product or provide Recolat Credits if repair is not possible at its own discretion.
All eligible warranty claims will be addressed within 30 days of receiving the warranty claimed product at our Factory Location.
Other terms:
All the shipping or transportation costs while returning the pillow or pillow from customers location to Recolat factory location under the warranty claim shall be borne by the customer
Recolat reserves the right to reject any claim under this warranty at our own discretion.
All the shipping or transportation costs while transporting the repaired pillow or repaired pillow from Recolat factory location to customers location under the warranty claim shall be borne by the customer on a to pay basis.
The product should only be returned to the address mentioned in the reply e-mail send by Recolat upon assessing the Warranty Claim.

The sole liability of Recolat is to either repair or provide Recolat Credits if repair is not possible for the approved Warranty claim of pillow or pillow at Recolat sole discretion.
For pillow that are under warranty period and which cannot be repaired, Recolat Credits are provided based on Pro-rata warranty, i.e. based upon the total number of days the pillow was used by the customer, a value of the pillow is calculated as below:
Example: Pillow purchase price is Rs.3600/-
Warranty = 360 Days (1 Years)
Customer Used = 100 Days
Balance Warranty Period = 265 Days
Calculation = (Rs.3600 x 265 Days)/365 Days = Rs.2613. Here the customer will be provided Recolat Credit worth Rs.2613. This Recolat Credit can be used by the customer at the Checkout Page to get Rs.2613/- off on the purchase of a new pillow from the website of Recolat. Recolat Credits can only be redeemed for the purchase of product in the same category as that of the warranty claimed product i.e, Recolat Credits provided for the warranty claim of a pillow can only be used to purchase a similar category pillow . No refunds are possible during the Warranty period neither in the form of cash nor in the form of any other direct payments .
Any repair or replacement will not extend the original period of limited warranty, nor will it constitute the beginning of a new limited warranty period.
To the extent permissible by applicable law, the pillow is provided “as is” and this warranty and any implied warranties are your exclusive warranties and replace all other warranties or conditions, express or implied. In no event will Recolat, its owners or its suppliers be liable for procurement of substitute products or other special, incidental, consequential or indirect damages or health issues/ damages due to latex allergy or tencel fabric allergy or cotton fabric allergy or bamboo fabric allergy arising out of or related to the pillow or its use by you or any third party, whether under theory of contract, tort (including negligence), indemnity, product liability, or otherwise.
This limitation will apply even if Recolat has been advised of such damages and notwithstanding the failure of essential purpose of any limited remedy. Recolat's total liability will not exceed the purchase price paid for the pillow giving rise to such liability.
Applicable law will be exclusively such prevailing laws in the state of Kerala and the venue of arbitration will be exclusively limited to the District court of Kottayam

• Mold, dirt or smell resulting from poor pillow, care
