Shipping Policy

Recolat offers Free Shipping across India.

All orders are shipped to the Delivery Address provided by the customer. Please ensure your address is correct. If you would like to change the delivery address, please contact us at info@recolat.com within 3 hours after purchase is made. Change of address is not possible after the stipulated time as we strive to dispatch all our orders as early as possible. Please note that we will not be able to make any changes to your order once the order has been dispatched. 

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 - 2 business days during normal conditions and may take upto 5 business days during festive seasons, regional holidays, low stock or unexpected spike in order volumes. You will receive an e-mail with tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched.

Once dispatched, it may take up to 7- 12 business days under normal conditions to deliver your order. If order does not reach within this delivery period, please inform us by sending an email to info@recolat.com with your Order ID, delivery address and contact number to facilitate our checking of your parcel. Kindly note that during unavoidable circumstances such as current covid pandemic related restrictions, peak season, festive season, poor weather conditions, public/regional holidays or delivery related issues from the courier carrier, it might take up to 30 business days to deliver your order.
